Here is a set of Cragars that were on a 68 GTS that I bought back in the late 80's.
Centers were not plated.

My favorite wheels of all time! You're right, only made for a couple years in the seventies, though they were repoped a few years ago, again not for long, and certainly not in 5 on 4. I think yours are T70R, the "R" for the rib on the sides of the spokes. Good luck with your search!View attachment 1715657123 View attachment 1715657124 View attachment 1715657123 View attachment 1715657124 View attachment 1715657126 T70 torq thrust 14 x 7... 5 on 4. 2 year production. not original caps have original caps. Here are my rear 14x8 and front 14x6 aluminum slots.......for my 1970 Duster
I am buying some 205/70/14s for the front and hope they fit like I want
Still trying to figure out a size for the rear end...........any ideas?
The tires (G50 rear and GR70 front) that came on the car are very old and rotted out
The 14x6s are in really nice condition and the 14x8 rears need a good polishing

Mounted some Cooper Cobras - 215/70R17s - on a set of 14x5.5 Steel wheels and installed them on the 66 Valiant project.

You put 17 inch tires on 14 inch rims? They hold air?
Wow, that was fast. Glad they were put to use....
JW
Much appreciated. They were exactly what I was looking for. Completely changed the look of the car.
Now to get the floor pans repaired so I can get the gas pedal remounted in the floor and get it running again.
Cragers
Been looking for a set of 15 x 8.5 Centerlines for my drag radials, though. Anybody got at least a pair?
