Heater core was clean as a whistle so lack of heat is a terminal ilness or a design flaw.
Cardboard in front of rad will help with the lack of heat.

I put a new flapwheel on my big makita a week or so ago.
It has no guard,but hasnt been a problem. I adjusted my grip and the outside edge caught my finger, it remove skin pretty quick.

Typical fix, but after digging all the glove material out of the wound, I chose peroxide and bandage..

With or without the chlorine? I know the chlorinated stuff is an absolute no=no for TIG welding, but not sure on open cuts..
