Was lifting one of my Hemis with a hoist, grade 8 bolt holding the chain to the engine snapped, engine, hoist, stand and me ended up on the ground. Bounced my back off the concrete broke the hemi
MMM breakfast was good!
Ha ha ha...come try ours.

Anyone recall how I said this concrete was the highest grade available and hadn’t cracked in 30 years? Well it didn’t crack or chip either when a 800 pound hemi slammed it

Db318 is going to need a couple of shop elfs for a bit. You are most fortunate to come out of that with just some bruising on the back. That just super suks. I am about to need to pull the Hemi out of the Demon (yet again) to do some finish fab work on the firewall. The pucker factor is always tight moving it in or out. Thing is a pig and quite top heavy. I have taken it in and out about a million times during this build. Scares the poop out of me every time.
