Stop in for a cup of coffee

Actually have that book. Here is a lesser known hops fact I picked up in Hops 101 Yes there actually is one. They used to use women in Bavaria to pick the hops but it became unbearable for the men working there when all the women would have the same menstrual cycle. Seriously! Then only men wore allowed to work in the fields.
Now there's a reality check.

Now markings on the caps have a ton of different styles. Some arrows, some made in USA, some big Mopar, sure I am missing a bunch also. That's why I stay away from them mostly except a few styles. Let the owner figure that one out.

Pertronix has 1.5 ohm and 3 ohm coils available.

That was funny in the seminar when that fact came up. I guy was there with his wife and has 5 daughters. He banned them from the field!

But you could look up the women's dresses when they were on stilts... Giggity, giggity... :D

LOL just did a slant with one yesterday. Actually a core I got at Carlisle last year as a trade in for a core.

Coil story. Friend of mine had a very unique Baja Bug. The belly pan and body were both shortened like they used to cut down the belly pans for the little fiber glass potato chip dune buggies of the 60s and 70s. He put a lot of effort into painting all the tin work on the VW motor in Stars and Stripes :D looked great. The ugly black coil hanging on the fan shroud didn't do it for him so he took and cut a Budweiser can to fit over the coil and got a chrome coil bracket for it, all good. He mistakenly left the iggy switch on one afternoon which turns into overnight. Coil pretty much exploded and barfed that oil allover his tin work ruining the paint :(

It might be like GM's HEI with a current controller built into the module.
Could be. I don't know what's inside the box.

Sounds like my poorly grounded electronic regulator. It boiled the battery and splattered acid all over the drivers valve cover. Leanna had a hell of a time powder coating that one.

I think whenever there is no resistor in the line, that's what is being done. Once the coil is saturated, more current through it is only generating heat.
At higher rpm, there's less time to saturate between firings, so higher voltage speeds things up.

At least thats my understanding.

I planted three varieties of Hops for home craft beer making. When I decided to go a different way it was virtually impossible to get rid of the Hops. Took three years to eradicate them. Tried everything including flame. Holy smokes they are resilient. I traded the Hops with a group of home brewers, a non cash transaction if you will.

Yucka I saw a CAT scraper battery explode when it was being charged. Not a pretty sight. Lots of acid in those big muthas and it went everywhere. All over the goose neck, tranny, driver's compartment, we washed for hours it seemed like.

Perfect!

We found a Pertronics dual point distributor in my garage yesterday, the box states that it's for a 6 pack small block... The number on the box does not match the one on the tag for the distributor... What is this for??? What do those go for...

Then get a shipping container and paint a picture of a rusted out Barracuda on it... ---> Problem solved.... :D
Or park the rusted out Barracuda in front of the container??
Or not say anything and see if she even notices the container??

Karl I will look it up for you. Easily if it is a 340-6 a grand nos. The S after the 4018b is a replacement so maybe a bit less.
Got a shot of the top of the cap it say made in USA and on the inside there a IBS number? That's 200 right there if so.
