Stop in for a cup of coffee

We found a Pertronics dual point distributor in my garage yesterday, the box states that it's for a 6 pack small block... The number on the box does not match the one on the tag for the distributor... What is this for??? What do those go for...

For a 71 340 TA Not worth anything, You need to send it to me to get it out of your garage. LOL

I was thinking it is just a signal amplifier with a pulse controller? It has to switch on and off to generate the spark.
That's basically all the Chrysler ECU is.
Duraspark solid state is the same, except the one used on california cars had rpm-dwell control or something like that I forget. Its a nice system but costs more.

I would list that on FEBO first with a stupid number and see what offers you get.

Karl I will look it up for you. Easily if it is a 340-6 a grand nos. The S after the 4018b is a replacement so maybe a bit less.
Got a shot of the top of the cap it say made in USA and on the inside there a IBS number? That's 200 right there if so.

No markings on the top or bottom of the cap.... :(

Too techy today.
Im drillin holes. And finishing the rotisserie.

I never had the chance to compare wild blueberries to domestic.
If i was way out in the park at lunchtime, i’d spend some time picking berries for dessert.

Up there you had to keep an eye out for black bears. They also like the berries.

Is a late 70 REPLACEMENT distributor so who knows. Needed for replacement?

My brother used to have a 70 AAR, but sold it to our BIL...

I doubt that my brother bought this one, I must have picked it up somewhere for one of my 340's...

Thanks Santa!:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Prob one of the rarer ones out there. Hey contact Mark Bormann:icon_fU: and see what he would give you for it!:rofl:
