Just doing what I do
BTW, honey contains natural antibiotics (which is why it never spoils) and “good” bacteria that helps with rebalancing your natural gut bacteria just like other probiotics do.
The apple cider vinegar does nothing since it can’t modify stomach pH more than the natural Hydrochloric acid does (you only need an acidic environment for the digestive enzymes in your stomach to work properly) and your digestive system neutralizes the acid when it leaves the stomach no matter whether it is vinegar or natural hydrochloride acid. It isn’t absorbed by the stomach (not possible) and doesn’t go further into your digestive system. The body simple doesn’t allow it to.
The BS about it “alkalizing” the body is complete nonsense. How can an acid create an alkaline condition? It also does NOT break down proteins or other foods. The enzymes of the stomach do that, not the acid. The acidic environment just makes the enzymes work best.
