I would take 36,beats -32.
Monday and tue were real cold.

Glad you are up and around MM, our trip home made us long to be back in Ark. although the area has really grown since we left. Holy smokes traffic was crazy. People everywhere. We were on roads that didn't even exist when we lived there. Not going to move back into that mess but likely somewhere closeish. With fightingball the cold and snow my progress on the Demon has all but evaporated. In theory I go to paint mid next month. My painter has really bent over backwards to accommodate my lack of progress.

I bet ! yep ! this state has been growing, just in the last ten years I can get lost here in town, new roads and homes where there was fields and woods are now full of homes, cold today, and looking forward to seeing your car back from paint. hope you had a good visit

Hey MeMike re-painting the air cleaner...wrinkle paint. I didn't like how it turned out.
This time I bead blasted it and removed the old paint. There was a lot of paint.
Old MOPAR buddy told me this time to paint and bake.
First and second coat put it in the oven at 250 for five minutes. Third coat 20 minutes, again at 250.
Said it will harden the wrinkle and keep it standing up. Said he'd done it several times using that type of paint.
Lucky me the wife said go for it just wait until she's gone to work...haha!!
I'll let you know.

I have seen it dun that way a few years back at a friends shop, he painted a breather and VC, turned out great and I believe it makes the paint harder.

Not much doing on the cars. Replacement ACDelco 12SI showed up the other day.
Bet you 2:1 that the replacement has the same defect.
Would have lost that bet. :) Its from a different batch. Housing not as pretty but everything looks like it fitrs right. I'll probably open it up at the shop just for further peice of mind.

yep! Doing ok

I finally admitted defeat and have hired an 18 year old neighbor kid to come help me move drifts in front of the shop to free the Demon for trip to paint. My race trailer and truck to pull it are abandoned in side lot for the season so I can either pay the kid to unbury them or pay a buddy to come over with his sole deck tow rig. I am leaning towards the slide deck!
