Never saw a stud so difficult to drill. I finally found a drill bit that looked beat, but it still had a factory edge. Brand new cobalt wouldnt touch it.
Oh, screw the easy-outs, i use torx bits. Most success with them. Just have to drill right size hole.

10th grade biology we were assigned to give ameba solutions of with suger, alcohol, and caffine. They all did basically what you'd expect. Speed up, slow down, go spastic. I'm sure someone tried mixing them together (cause that's what high school kids do) and sort of have vague memory of someone saying they did but it didn't work.Sounds like the Black Russian effect in the making. I know some researchers who did the original clinical trial on Viagra. The first trials were for blood pressure and it was only after the test subjects refused to return the study drug after the trial was over that they learned of the special side effect!

Oddly enough, the same thing happened with rogaine. It was also being studied for blood pressure treatment when they found patients with male pattern baldness were growing their hair back.
