Stop in for a cup of coffee

The bank does their quesstimate based off the builder's plans.

Exactly, they're looking at house and shop plans, property etc. We are hoping we have some equity in the work we've already had done, power, well, septic etc. What we are worried about is if it doesn't appraise high enough we will have to come in with a big down payment. We were told the improvements would offset that, we'll see if the banker was painting a rosy picture or not.

Hell man that's sounds like the one I got almost no floor in it. Take the parts you need and sell the rest, as you know they are not cheap. Prob sold 2K off the one I have and there is still plenty left to it. Surprised on one wants the window reulators of the wiper motor and complete linkage yet.
The driveshafts go for decent money so do the 9" front hubs.
Shipping from the great north though is ridiculous. I'm talking with a guy who has a cherry 67 convertible interior part I'd like to own. Very hard to find in the condition this one is. Shipping is $100. I bought a convertible switch last year from up north and was like $30 for a small box.
