The SnapOn ball joint press is like 900 dollars and I bought some extra adapters like slanted receiver for doing dodge ram ball joints.
Best money I ever spent....
My otc ball joint press lasted over 15 years,I gave it to a young gun.
Hes selling it to me for 765.
He bought a bunch on promo about a year ago,is giving me the sale price. He’s a great rep, and the fact i keep my account current really helps too.

Your going to love it.
Mines been making me money for 2 years.
We do a lot of front end and alignments

We tapped all the holes in the block, heads, and timing chain cover so we can start to put the 340 back together...

Now we have to find the bolts to put it together, they've been scattered around....

This is a public service announcement:

Stay away from member bigboy68, it's Bob Mills aka Superdart426 & Superdart340 who is a known flipper and has been banned from FABO in the past...

That's the guy that took a slant 6 from Hoppy with the promise to pay him later and never did... :icon_fU: :mob:

He will try to talk you down on your parts for sale with a sob story of some sort, just to turn around and flip them at inflated prices on here and ebay....

I had a deal with him on a set of Commando valve covers and he backed out after I paid for them with the excuse that "his son sold them on him"... I would bet someone offered him more money than he agreed on for me and he sold them to him after our deal was already closed and I had sent payment on Paypal... He did refund my money, but after that, I don't trust him and will never deal with him again... I later learned from a mutual friend that his son does not even live with him...

Repeat: DO NOT DEAL WITH bigboy68....

This has been a public service announcement from krazykuda....

@halifaxhops

@CudaChick1968

LOL Yup he is a ***. But @PosiRon and I dented up his cars trunk loading it!:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Yup full block. Guy was a piece of work. Wanted the block from the 65 belve to race supposedly. OK shows up thought he was ok, then says he did not have the cash on him but can paypal me when he gets home. Ok seems like a ok guy and the motor is out of here. Load it into his car trunk with the crane. @PosiRon is on one side spotting he is in the other. Hear a crunch it took out the side he was on pretty good so it was dented pretty bad. A week goes buy PM'd him a few times nothing. Then shoots me a e mail the block is at the machine shop and it has a crack. OK bring it back then, no sweat right. Then shoots me a bill for 250 for disassembling the block at the machine shop and the inspection. If I want it back have to go to NJ and pick it up and pay the bill!!!!!!! I was a bit pissed off now and got him thrown off of here. Did not really cost me anything already the belve paid itself off a few times over.

This doesn't surprise me at all.

Last summer I gave away a 66 a body floor hump.
I actually gave it to 66340sedan in his want ad but he never PMed me for it so I assumed he found one.

So i decide to give it away because I had found the correct 64/5 style for my car. So I post the ad and of course got a strong response. Bigboy was 6th in line. Then he sends me a nasty gram PM and said he won't recommend me to anyone because I ignored him. I wrote back and said "recommend me for what" i guess he thought I am a shop, so he won't recommend me to his friends, if he has any.

About the only guy I really do not like here on the forum. Actually there is one more I will not mention that kind of craqpped on me sent me some distrib housings (6) to clean up he asked a ton of questions on distribs and gave him the answers, ok not unusual for a member has a bunch of cars. Clean them up send them back for $40 to clean them two days later see a add he is rebuilding distribs. Another piece of work. Come on man don't **** where you eat. I could slam the guy but I am sure he will self destruct shortly has no just enough knowledge on what he is doing

I guess my screen name does make me sound like a shop.

Uuuummmm no......I don't work on other people's junk anymore, just occasionally when I am in the mood
RDA

I do a bit around here mostly troubleshooting for them. I have the old school tools to hook up. Even today I am brining a scope over to a friend to hook to his 67 Mustang during the initial firing up of his new motor just to be save and to set it up after the break in. Love that stuff.

Oh hey finally got the carb number from that CL ad. It goes on a 67 273 manual.

Hey think your new friend Robert might be coming to Carlisle to hang out with ya!! He thinks your great!!
