Stop in for a cup of coffee

My daughter is composing a Halloween song and I have heard this intro about a dozen times so far. I had to relocate to the garage just to get it out of my head!

And if she had been using Edgar Winter's Frankenstein?
This is what she is playing on the electric piano. She isn’t using any source music, just by ear.

She has been practicing some Aerosmith so who knows if she will work any of that in. I wasn’t going to hang around inside and wait to hear!

I had played ELO Fire on High for her a couple of days ago so I think that’s what got her started on composing her own song. She seems to be following a similar formula of slow creepy intro followed by a fast rocking finish.

Let her listen to Funeral for a Friend by Elton John, intro is very cool. Or my personal favorite Phantom of the Opera intro just before the chandelier crashes!

I called that guy it was a steel block and head.
Any idea what birds these are? Just showed up and not hummingbirds.

She has heard Funeral for a Friend. She is into the older rock stuff as are many of her friends. In fact, she just bought the entire Queen collection on CD. She cranks it up and rocks out the house on our 5 disc Sony Rack system at 200w per channel and mega-bass thumping. Sometimes I wonder if the windows are going to break!

I am curious too. All the lows are filled, at least I hope I got at least 95% of the lows high enough. I will send pics. I can not file down anything until tomorrow. I need it to be really hard before I do it. It is fine to handle after an hour or so, but it is not rock hard until 24+ hours. And that is how at least I want it before filing. Well, it is not going to be rock hard, that was not the correct word. It is a bit flexible, but so hard that it comes off as dust, and not as syrup clogging up my file if you understand what I mean.
i tried to use my Dremel, but I went back to the file, I felt I have more control over it, and my eyesight is not the best either. I should have had prescription reading glasses, but have only cheap cheaters. I am too cheap to have some made for me, even if I have eye insurance too. I just hate to spend money. I wonder how I will be when I am 77, and not 57 like now. :D

Bill
Get the glasses already!
El cheapos are fine, but my eyes need 2 different magnifications, and most displays for the cheap readers arent all the same.for a reason im guessing.
Have had prescription readers for a few , maybe 6 years now. Every year a little stronger..
Macular Degeneration.
Hopefully i can get a few projects finished while i can still drive.

That was a common occurrence with my ankles years ago. Step on a rock funny and CRACK. Then fall on the ground  Always fun when I was walking along with someone and they look around to find me laying in the dirt
I rolled my ankles many times. Less now that i wear workboots every day.

try high heels, then you have to balance yourself front to back AND side to side.

Its real easy to get used to, and it makes your calf muscles stronger but not so good for the lower back over years

Well, back out to maybe start turning in the anchors for the shed. Or perhaps i will clean up and call it a day.

its usually the side to side imbalance that get you LOL and when it goes bad, it always gets worse before you can get going again LOL

Hard to watch. If a horse walked like that they would put the poor thing down...
