Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yesterday, neighbor and I got the driver's side aftermarket rear inner door panel in the convertible.
Initially I didn't think it was going to work. A little modifications and couple new drill holes to button it up.
The rear side of it against the back seat sits 1/4 to 1/2" higher than the passenger side. You'd never notice unless you knew.
I figured its safe to tell you, because you old farts will have forgotten by the next time you see the car...:D
I’ll bring a laser level :D
Well sleep or find a slezzy truck stop and catch some ZZZZ. Besides do you really have a schedule, or is it just where you'd like to be??
He has some sort of appointment tomorrow
Good Morning

Well, here is the deal with me and names. From Norway I am not used to nicknames. I have from nature not been blessed with a good memory for names, not even faces. I can remember the 225 slant six for 1965 having 2.5 degrees timing advance. But not names. So, to me I remember Ddaddy, he is just that, Ddaddy. Now you have told me his real name is Dave, or most likely David. Who know for how long I will remember that, until I go back to Ddaddy. And so it is with most of the others too. Unless it is a name in the nick, like mine here, I am clueless and only remember people's names. And it.is beyond me, as hard it is for me to remember names that a country like the US with 300 plus million people have 600 million names. How on Earth did that happen ?

Hi Tike, good to be back, Atlanta is so crazy, I was so happy to cross the SC line. Yep times are changing, all the kids talked about was tattoos....but if we go there it is just depressing. Happy Monday!

Monday? You're all in the mustard and caint catchup. LOL

For me that's every day, Rob. Good morning and I was just checking out your Valiant thread, love it.

Morning Johnny, what's happening at Blueprint?
Busy Busy! Gen III Hemi is greenlit, so now lots of sourcing and Build of materials work to do. Day trip friday, and then At Holley in KY all next week for EFI meetings/training. Then SEMA right around the corner. Busy time of year!

If I remember correctly, the aftermarket ones are For a Dart. They will work just not 100 percent correct. The ones in my car are aftermarket.

Ok so I’m officially stumped. Hooked coil directly to the battery, put an inline spark light in between coil and dizzy, no spark out of any of the brand new coils (3) nor the accel super coil that I know works off the Polara. What’s wrong

ok. Time to make it simple.

1. Let the wire from the ign. switch to the coil be on, and remove the one that goes to the distributor.

2. Connect a little loose wire to the post on the coil where the distributor was connected. On the other end you remove the isolation for 1/4 inch or whatever.

3. Take a spark plug wire you know work and connect to the coil, and a spark plug in the other end. Not to the distributor. Just from the coil to the spark plug, and hold the spark plug to ground.

4. Then take the loose end little wire and hold it towards ground, and then remove it fast. Do you now get a little weak spark ? Ignition have to be on and it has to be 12 volt on the coil.

By the way, do you have 12 or 6 volt on the John Deere ?

Now I need to run in the shower, then I will be out of the house for some hours before I am back and can help more.
