Stop in for a cup of coffee

My oldest is over to change oil and change out the seat cover on the drivers seat of his Jeep. The tracks are held on with a Mortorq screw. WTF Nobody in town has the tool. Well he won't be doing it today. LOL

It looks like this:

:wtf: is that? And why did some manufacturer buy into that? Looks like HF and a file territory for one time only and replace them with something else.

Grind the tip Off of a philips head.
Nope. It's about a T50 sized head that bolts the tracks to the floor. We'll get the right tool. If you booger up the fastener then it comes down to drilling or grinding the thing out. Not on a 2018 vehicle.

We were reading that it is used in the aerospace industry. Figures. Must be a Fiat thing. LOL

It's a lovely 80* out there and it's almost Packer Feetball time. They're playing in the little league stadium in LA, the 25K seat stadium that the home team can't fill . Bet it's loaded with Cheeseheads today

Wife is off buying snacks for the plane ride. Nother hour before boarding. Seeing as i was up at 04:00 i need a nap.

Earlier i was trying to get shop straightened away, needed something to set the driver’s seat on. I grabbed a rim, seems like a good height. Buddy asks what i plan to do with it,i said a couple brackets and a wheel bearing, poof! Swivel buckets...

Just got home from the mini Mopar show at Keith’s place. 150 miles round trip and just under 4 hours of drive time. I averaged 12.9 mpg for the trip.

The GTS ran great and it was a fun time!

You got nicer pics than mine! Need to save all these...
Glad the Dart behaved for the second leg without your wingman. Matt hung around till about 4. So I'm guessing he is still driving.

He probably is, but should be getting close to home now. It was much easier for me coming home to just go straight down 74 to US1N. Nicer drive too.

As expected LA little league field not filled, good %age of crowd is wearing GB colors. You can't tell Packers are 7-1 by their play or production

Great day all around here. Had our FABO get together this afternoon. Squeezed in an hour of wood splitting before dark. Steelers and Eagles both won (Yeah PA!) And my 2 least favorite teams play tonight, So either the Pats or the Crows WILL LOSE! LOL

Here is the entire list of things on the GTS that I discovered today that need correcting...

1. Oil pressure gauge under dash needs a second mounting screw so it it doesn’t begin to rattle/vibrate after long drives.

2. Front end needs to be dialed up another 1/2” so the tires don’t scuff the wheel openings on heavy compression (only happened twice for a fraction of a second at speed at the bottom of a deep hill while making a slight right turn).

3. Dash ash tray screws need to be tightened so it doesn’t rattle over rough roads.

4. Passenger side mirror need to be adjusted properly for best view.

That’s it! Woohoo! :D

Someone made a not professional vid of mine lol. There are at least 2 youtubes of all the pics from my FABO build thread set to crappy music. Its got 12K views! Lol
Demand a cut of royalties!
or something like that...

Hey Matt, you followed me for 70 miles, did you see anything unusual with how my car was behaving? It felt great to me.
