Project #1 done for the day.
New formula completed for espresso machine to leave enough room in the pint sized coffee cup for adult spirits. Looks like it's going to be a long cold winter here on the left coast.

Looks like I have maybe 3-4 hours before the rain gets here today. Possible rain all next week too. So glad I don't have to rain proof that rock farm anymore

Phones acting goofy. Last few days I cant get on here right away when not on WIFI. have to power off/on then its OK. All other sites I try are fine...

I fully realize the majority on here prefer original but I am so excited to be getting the Demon actually painted here is another update from the token “not stock guy”. In the pix you can see where I had to fabricate my own tunnel for the Tremac 6 speed complete with B body Hurst shifter! She looks good in green!
I think I am going to redo my 66 and make it more of a road race car.....Sell the restored KH brakes, go to large bolt pattern, get better rubber under it, better brakes, more under the hood, but who knows.....might not!!!
I really have to get on the 66 Satellite before tearing the Dart apart again!!! But I am getting a set of those heads!!

Have to hide THAT receipt from the wife!!!!!!
Pulled rear mounts, added a 1/2” to the top and looks like it will put motor back to original height. also flipped bolts so threads wont rub truck frame. May smooth out a little vibration. As sion as i get right mount back in, will attack front “floating power” mount.

Yes. Will tackle cab mounts tomorrow, just add 1/2” rubber disc to existing for now. At least when i want to lift the body off the bolts will come apart.

I was tempted to order a set but strayed away for that reason. We trying to buy/build a house and I’ve been told no big purchases until that happens now that our CCs are nearly paid offHave to hide THAT receipt from the wife!!!!!!

I want to thank you for giving me that recipe for Apple Cider Turkey. In the 15 years my wife and I have been together, she’s liked two of my recipes I’ve found. This being one of them! Turkey turned out perfectly, 2nd year in a row I’ve gotten to try my hand at this. Last year was just a 10-12 pound one and turned out good. I was worried about this one being 28 lbs and cooking a lot longer but it turned out even better than last year.
I did make a change and dump 1/3 of a bottle of Woodford Reserve in it until of a can of beer. Definitely a much deeper taste.
