Stop in for a cup of coffee

So anyone know how to home check this crank? I’m guessing it’s toast but want to know for sure before ditching it. It’s a brand new Mopar performance crank circa 1989. Bought by my grandfather as a spare when they were offset grinding cranks to stroke the ol 360 back then
V blocks and a dial gauge

Well that was close. I was moving stuff around and bumped a 360 crank off the shelf, narrowly missing my foot from a height of 4 feet. Bounced off the concrete hard. Probably just ruint that crank.
That is why cranks are better suited inside an engine and preferably spinning in the engine

I'm guilty of it too

It's pizza Friday

I just saw a lil bit of an advertisement as I was gettin' the youtube tunes tuned up. A solder/brazing technique for aluminum requiring only a propane torch. I have to research that.
I you can sweat solder copper pipe you can do it. For thicker stuff you may need a better map gas torch tip or a brazing tip on a torch. (Ive been looking at it for a while.

Think all im getting is a few slices of french toast. Not real hungry anyhoo...

sitting in shop. Body shop just finished a job and blew off an intercooler hose while road testing. Need me to scan and clear code. Texts me SOS!!
I like it when the body shop owes me...

I tried gas welding Aluminum long ago. Seeing the base metal go from solid to a puddle is tough. Next thing you know it's a hole
