What is it
Magnum intake cut down with a plate to run an eaton m112 supercharger. Run it with a megasquirt ecu. No need to get rid of the highway gears and should be good for low 13's high 12's. Vacuum acctuated butterfly so you run off the boost just cruising but get into it and instant boost. Fun for spirited driving in the hills.

So, finally was attempting to start the Demon post trans swap and tunnel ram gasket change. Nothing else. Now it doesnt run unless in crank position. I am using GM HEI module with stock recurved distributor. The ballast resistor has been bypassed so the 12v coil has full voltage always not just at crank. Key to "on" and no power to coil. No power to either wire that would go to ballast resistor normally. Could it be the ignition switch? Any thoughts?

Yup. Jumper time!

I should know better than to go through old pictures. Like so old they are prints with really ancient 35mm negatives from the early 2000s.

I found some really old pics of cars long ago that were almost forgotten into the all consuming abyss of time.

Jumper time? Explain please. I am a whole bunch dumb
Grab some wire, add alligator clips. Connect one side to the battery and other side to the + on the coil. Crank it. If it starts and runs you either have a bad connector from the switch or the switch itself

I just woke myself up with a hard snore, I wasn't even aware I was asleep but my thoughts didn't make sense so I should have known.

I am now the the old lady who can fall asleep just like that on the rocking chair LOL.

When i was younger, I thought sleep was a waste of time and now I live for those precious moments on the ol Davenport with my feet up and cozy warm in a refreshing sleep.

Welcome to the club...

My High School Ride.....
I need to scan them. I never drove in high school. I started driving in college, much later than kids usually do. My adoptive parents used to drop off and pick me up everyday from high school.

I never went far by myself so it really wasn't necessary. People used to treat me like a kid and drove me everywhere, even when I wasn't a kid anymore. Friends and family referred to me as the little missy for most of my life.

My first A body was a 72 dart slant six car and then shortly after I bought my first duster, a 74. The duster had a mean 360 but it was originally a slant six car. I bought it with the 360 already in it.

Yes I know I can do that and make it run, but could it be the ignition switch?
Sure, it could be...or maybe something else. Make it run properly by jumping first and then back track the circuits that may be at fault. Don’t just throw parts at it.

What I would give to have my old duster back and drive it again and it would be exactly how it was when I was 22, in 2008

I should have never sold it...... mega dumass move.

I have another 74 duster now, but it's not my old one and I'm trying so hard to make it like my first one was.
