I like carburetors, especially for old school stuff, and obviously numbers matching cars . But....My 65 Belvedere will be far from Original, so I may use EFI on the Stroker that I put in it. Mostly because I never used one before....Beauty of a carb is that it supplies in direct response to the engine demand.
Especially once on the main circuits, fueling response from the boosters is instant.
But for some, punching numbers into a screen is simpler.
