Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning!!
2 degrees below freezing. And rain. Thats going to suck.
As long as the power stays on it will be fine. Driving becomes hazardous though. You know its bad when just the slope on the highway is enough to put you in the ditch. While stopped.

I did, the last plugs I posted was with the 14* bushing. So I’m now at 20* at idle and 34 all in around 2600rpm.

I had an old ALLEN SEA W/4 gas sitting around for 15+ years. Donated it awhile back because it was just getting in the way!

Was going through the testers I have for Carlisle. Holy crap have to have 70 or so, scopes, exhaust, tach/dwell, timing lights and compression gauges. Think Tim will be busy!:rofl:

So the cook on the minesite has a grocery order, needs to get everything in before spring reclaims the winter road. Heads out and should be back in less than a week. In the meantime a swedish miner takes over the cooking. Not much to work with potatoes and eggs is pretty much all thats left at camp.
Several days go by and the guys are getting a little tired of potatoes and hard boiled eggs for every meal. Hard boiled eggs are green they have been cooked so long. So the guys start asking the swede to do something different instead of hard eggs. “well”,he says i dont know what else to try, i put potatoes and eggs in at same time, potatoes come out soft and eggs are still hard!!
This was the truth as told by an old departed friend.

A scope is on my list. Neighbour bought one,has no clue how to use it. When he gets bored with it, it will end up here. The one i wanted is not far from here, just waiting on one or the other.
