Stop in for a cup of coffee

No good progress goes unpunished. My wife is so impressed with the refining of the garage lights that she wants me to do something similar to the porch light on the back of the house for the deck.

Good thing I bought extra sign vinyl...LOL!
I've been looking at the process for printing a new overlay for an instrument bezel on one of my cars. Sign vinyl and diffusers are on the mats list.

I'm prolly going to booed out of mopar land.

I traded a mopar For a pair of fords, so now I have me a 4.6 . HP to go through, reassemble and love and cherish.
Dang if you had tried for a chevy you could have gotten 3 or 4.
Hey its fun to learn, especially about something you like.

Yeah, started about 730, cutting trees and clearing brush. Hoping to start on our new house this spring so I’ve got a lot of work to do

I got lots of trees and brush I need cleared and I don't last 15 minutes doin that kinda work. Come on down. lol

I’ve got 5-6 big Beech trees to cut down. All 4+ feet in diameter

For the record your help has been extremely valuable to me and greatly appreciated!
Glad to have been some help. Just the past few days has had some doozies. Most I didn't much time into. The one this evening just took the cake.
I'll leave it to YR or RRR if either is so inclined.
Did you see it ?
Timing mark is correct on both sides.

This might be the best bet for a instrument panel shipping box.
U-Haul: Lamp Box

Easing than cutting down a glass shipping box which is my current alternative.

Yeah I saw it. Sometimes I enjoy sitting back and watching the show:popcorn:

I’m here to learn, and sometimes share what little I do know. Seems like some folks have all the answers. Not sure why they even ask?

Its funny. I thought I could basically copy and paste an old post of mine, but then it kindof got away from me. LOL.
67Dart273 cracked me up with today's version of "we're not mind readers, tell us what you're working on!"

Man. Sometimes I wonder why I even try to help people. :BangHead:

I’ll echo what Mark says! Even though it may appear as if I’m not heeding said advice, 9/10 times, I actually am. My posts sometimes are more me trying to wrap my mind around electrical stuff than they are me not following posted advice.

Wasn't you at all Chris. This one just took the cake. Two timing marks can't both be right. I'm done there.

By the way. Nice job cutting that shell off the spark plug. lathe or cutoff wheel?

Just thinking out loud here, but is it possible that when the cam was installed, it was missing the dowel pin to align the gears and it’s slipping on the cam? Doesn’t solve the two timing marks thing though

It isn’t hard to figure out. He’s working on the car in his Avitar and profile. Sometimes, just being a little more perceptive can work wonders.

Think through it, he is trying to put the wire gang between the column mounts and the cluster. It won’t work. It has to be routed from outside them.

It honestly isn’t that hard to understand the issue and give reasonable advice.
