When I hit the start button on the net a little bit ago a headline pops up "Coronavirus may delay Federal Tax Returns". Not mine :D. Filed on the 26th of February, arrived today. :D

From what I hear, most trials are a bust...
The rule of thumb is that for every 1000 clinical trials conducted, 10 move to the next stage.

Of those 10, 1 may make it to a new drug application with FDA.

Of those that get to FDA, only about 20% get approved.

Wonder why drugs cost so much? Every clinical trial costs $20-50 million and hundreds of millions are spent just getting one to FDA.

My last company spent $800 million on development and even though 3 drugs were approved, the net profits were only about $120 million as a return on investment.

Investors lost $680 million.

Anybody have any buddies into Monte Carlos? There's one on CL in Ventura Ca. that would be a whole messa fun, even for something from the darkside.

@PosiRon has a nice one he is restoring. I did the vinyl top on it last Summer.

Yeah, the money numbers are crazy. My budget at my last company for drug product development was over $80 million. And I was responsible for how every penny of it was spent. I used to spend one full day each week reviewing and signing off on invoices making sure it all tracked to budget.

hey question for you.

Lets say someone had a 500-600 gallon tank, they lived in California, but ended up driving one state over where diesel was 50% cheaper, would they get in legal trouble if they brought that back into CA?

Anything over 1000lbs need placards to cross state lines.

What kinda game is this?
