Nah. I’m just sitting back in awe at all this.

my daughter wanted to make cookies and brownies tonight. So I stopped at the dollar store and the clerk was telling me that people have been buying **** up like crazy. Paper towels, toilet paper and the baby wipes. Crazy crazy. Reminds of December 1999

So into happier conversations.

I bought a brand new Trans cooler , universal at the swap meet. It came with 5/8 lines. Yes 5/8ths. Has a handful of reducers to reduce it down to the 3/8th to go into the trans. Will having that big of a line over factory cause any issues? I mean obviously it’ll increase fluid capacity and volume. But I was wondering if it’d affect the pressure anywhere

Wow, I have never seen one with that big of lines.. Im relating it to hydronic piping, that I deal with at work.
I would never run a 1" pipe and then up size to a 2", then reduce to a 1" again.. just poor practice, would it work yes. Although, its not optimal, you have good velocity and pressure and then open up to a larger size and loose it, however its reducing again and being forced back to that smaller size. It will work, but I dont know if over time it will cause any issues or will work just fine, it could be hard on the pump as well.. Myself I would look for a 3/8" inlet outlet, but thats just me.. Not to mention is it going to look odd making that transition from 3/8" to 5/8" where ever your going to mount it?

I guess with such a large volume cooler it will really help. Waay overkill imho.

I thought about getting a reducer at the cooler and just running 3/8th line all the way to the trans. I only gave 10-15 bucks for it at the swap meet new.

I stocked up on Lysol spray. Their commercial said to spray on things you touch the most. FYI, that **** burns!

Dammit. My retirement fund just took a $2000 hit.

Only “corona” related move I made was the day before they announced China would close their ports temporarily for the virus, I moved out of stocks, cashed in those earnings and moved into bonds and metals. Fidelity broker tried to talk me out of it. I did miss the all time market high but I’m only up 2.68 percent since that move 3.5 weeks ago. But everyone else I know is down. I’m gonna see how things go the next week, if it looks calming, I’ll move back into long stocks.

I think this will all blow over and once that happens, with all the trade deals, I think the market will skyrocket

Going from the small lines into the bigger ones of the cooling radiator will slow the flow resulting in more time for heat exchange thereby making the returning fluid substantially cooler.

A similar thing happens with more core radiators.

Personal pizza's tonight.

Don’t even ask me about my funds...the hit has a couple more zeros attached.

But it’s a long term game anyway, this is just a temporary set back.
I can only imagine,Dave. I would have been fine, but wife told me to look at it.
It will come back, but its a little shocking to drop 2 grand in a day.
