Well wife is back to work. She was a worker this weekend go, go, go...wand e got a lot done around the house. She's already has next weekend planned out.

Glad she has to go to work. Out of 15 employees its only her and three others. She's thinking since this will go at least until April 30th, a week in the office, then a week working from home. Doesn't want to take out her staff with a single possible exposer. Think I'll save painting the deck for the week she works at home.

Saturday, I cleaned the dryer duct work out. Ours runs through the unfinished part of the basement, about 60 feet. I hadn't done it in a few years, my bad, and one section had a rust hole. Its 40 years old, so it wore out. Anyway, she was a great helper. With her height 5"11, she could hold things in place with little effort or complaint.

I guess we are like most, with plenty of time to do the things we've been putting off until later. :) Hopefully its better soon.

Very cool. When we remodeled our Kitchen about 5 years ago, I did away with about half of the upper cabs, managed to work in a couple of extra windows, and a full glass door with sidelights. It just give the kitchen an open and airy feeling. I like your layout even better.

Who does not like natural light? No window covering on those windows is only a issue a few weeks a year, the sun gets on them. We are on the top of a big hill, so no can see in from outside, down the hill....

That's great! I know the older I get, the more light I need. lol
We have a similar circumstance. We only have one neighbor, to the left of our house as you look at it from the curb. Our house only has two windows on that side. One from my office, and one from my Wife's study. To the right of the house we have our 100' wooded side yard, then a 300 foot green way, and beyond that is a golf course. There's no one behind us for nearly a mile, and that's wooded, and there's 240 feet between the front of our house and the front of our neighbor across the street. Much of the front and rear of the house is glass.
Even with all that glass, it's still pretty private.

Just getting a little yard work before regular work... Mowed right behind the house. Mostly 'the dog's area'. Did some dirt filling where I took out a tree many years ago. Roots must finally be rotting away. Got that and a few other bare spots seeded.
