anyone happen to know off the top of their head if a small block fuel pump inlet fitting is a 3/8ths fitting? Pretty sure it is but I wanna be sure before I order.

The inlet,as in the line from tank? Its 5/16.and has a hose bib as part of the pump.
The threaded fitting is to carb is 5/16 inverted flare.

More mower maintenance... As I was finishing mowing the other day it seemed to run rough. Pulsing like it was running out of gas - but it wasn't. Just took it out for a spin and found it runs fine without the deck engaged. Pop that on, and not so good. Needs a couple idler bearings. One almost locks up at times and the belt running on it started to wear. Next stop - ebay...
So, the plot sickens, this 7.25 has c-clip axles and 3” axle tubes, thats why i figured it was 8.25.
Screw it, i ordered 4:10 for it. Price is more than double than the 3.55’s i just bought.
Bonus? Dart is getting 3.55’s.

Even the B body and A body big blocks use 5/16 from the factory. Although there are 3/8 fuel lines available for each....

Well, getting lunch ready, figured I would make some home made lasagna , heating up oven, a in wall Jen aire unit. Guess what? keeps shutting off!!! Investigate, it needs a new cooling fan. Only 100.00 dollars. Ordered it....Pain will be taking the unit out of the cabinet and putting it back. It took two of us to install it. Has a micro wave oven on top, a combo...

We usually do Mrs Bs cause the real stuff is relatively way more expensive. Let me see what I can find. I know Giant has some. Otherwise I know they have it at local produce market that is open Fridays.
Well I got the poly to run off the mechanical pump finally today, no real change, but yet no smoke. Stumped as hell. Figure maybe whatever was causing it must have sealed it self back up.
Gears in the morning. Brakes almost all plumbed, i inadvertently reversed the lines,so there needs to be a couple short tubes made.
Maybe some moisture was trapped, it got hot enough to boil out. Thats my theory and im stickin to it.
Perhaps, maybe I didn’t get all the MMO our either I forgot I’d put a cap full in each when I bought it the other year.
Either way, I’m gonna run it till she blows

Well they just cancelled the combined ND and SD State championship shooting event. It was not scheduled until June but they pulled the plug. Looks like I got a bunch of entry fee money coming back and a fistful of ammo unspent. Arghh!
