I did it when I turned 62, no big deal. I still have my military health insurance for a secondary.
My city job didn't pay into SS. My part-time military did, therefore not a lot in the kitty. I thought why wait and took it.

Well they are owned by Ebay so that explains some things. Good Luck and hope it works soon for you.
not anymore. Ebay and paypal split years ago, paypal is its own company, they have a mutal agreement for its use on ebay, but it functions solo now.
Also, last i heard, ebay was ending its agreement with paypal, or has already this year
