Stop in for a cup of coffee

I will have to consider the neighbors view, I do not want it too imposing.....No permits this time......Hope she does not call.......
Total roof height and interior height are different. You can box out the space for the lift to be 14’ without needing the roof to go up much.

If she is going to call, it won’t matter if the peak height is 12” higher...she will call either way.

Why aren’t you getting a permit?

Big pain in the ***..... I would have to draw up plans, probably would have a problem with electricity, Might go the right way, but.........The pad is there now, there was a grandfathered structure there....

Well, it’s your risk to assume.

I personally wouldn’t want to gamble on potential fines and having to tear down a structure losing all my costs and efforts for the sake of jumping through the hoops of getting a permit.

Besides, if it’s legal, you can tell your neighbor lady to pound sand if she doesn’t like it.

IF anyone calls, I just have to draw "as built" plans.....The neighbor who is affected, some, is the one who moved the survey stake and stole 10 ft by 100 ft of my land. AND she knows I know it. So she is not likely to make any waves.....

Unless it was swampland I would have got the surveyor back out...

Well, I did not have the survey registered/ certified, If I did I would have either had to fight her, a millionaire, or just give it to her. So, I informed her that I will be coming after some money when she sells, So it is square for now.......Her freakin house is built on my property! Setbacks? What that!!!!

I was actually wondering if my neighbor pulled a stake at my back corner recently. I doubt it, but property next to us was surveyed and I never saw the back corner marked. I’m pretty sure the neighbors fence is on my land down by the creek. Not by much; and couldn't do anything with it anyway so I ain’t paying for a survey to prove it. Lol

:wtf::BangHead:

Back again. Took the 66 downtown to a cruise in. 25 cars but some old car guy friends. Came back home and ordered a ECM for my Dakota. Getting tired of the stalling. I can tap the ECM with a screwdriver and it will stall.

Don't tap the ECM???:poke::poke:

Dang, it's going to be hard to sell that car if I am serious about that Coronet.

Where do you buy your ECM from ?

Don't tap the ECM???:poke::poke:
I first diagnosed the problem by wiggling the ecm harness and I could get it to stumble. I thought I would tap it and see what happens. Bingo! We used to do that with MAF sensors at the GM dealer. Tap it and give it a squeeze and if it dies, it gets a new one.

Rockauto. It's a Cardone rebuild. Not necessarily my first choice but it doesn't need to be programmed.

Cardone is one of my favorites, at Rock is good too. That's great it is plug and play.

Hard to find good ECM replacements, was wondering if you had other sources you would buy from ?

If you heat that up in a oven to a certain temp, it will be repaired. Really. Melts solder back on cold solder joints, a major cause of failure. Do not remember the temp required......Did that with PC video cards....Great success.....

:BangHead:Always interesting. You know the tools and gear you need to make your stuff work, yet without fail people show up offshore and have to borrow stuff off us just so they can get thier crap to work.

Ugh. 2 more hours... Havent done a 12 hour shift in a long time. First time since I’ve been here on 2nd shift. Plus started an hour later than my usual, so this is really dragging. :BangHead:

Working with idiots here at the moment. They bring thier gear out, oh we arnt fueled up, do the paperwork and they disappear. Spend 3/4 of my lunch break trying to get started :mad:them. Still have to transfer fuel.
