Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm working on getting a little tractor for maintaining my property. Been doing everything manually, which is fine, just takes so much time that I never catch up. Wind blows I have firewood if you know what I mean.

I have a little less than an acre. Quite a few trees, but usually just a handful of branch s after a storm.

How many acres do you have? Lots to mow or mostly woods?

Garden is doing great this year. Already have Maters hanging I can see the beginnings of some cucumbers and zucchini. All my brussel sprouts survived transplanting. Think I need to hang some vertical strings for the beans to climb. They are not grabbing the horizontals.

Well, coffee cup is empty and the sun is getting too bright to see my phone, even with the umbrella up. Guess its time to go do something...

Yeah those green beans will grow better going up vertical strings.

Farmers used to grow lots of garbonzo beans in this valley. I think the big $ grape farmers from up Napa County way bought or leased the bean fields and covered them in grapes. Now the grape vines have reached the end of their max productivity and have been pushed up in piles and burned.
