Had a customer walk in the parts store, two different shoes on. Turned out he had a mini-stroke and had no clue what he was doing. That was like 30 years ago. Saw him last week, hes still doing well.hes a well respected auto mechanic, really knows his stuff. Oddly, he works outside year round.is shop is so full of junk, cant get a car in it.
Nice. We broke our skid steer last night. It’s got an auto attach feature that is jammed up and it’s stuck to one of the attachmentsHooked my grapple up yesterday and moved a few branches around (and a couple trees). Works pretty good, have to keep an eye on things, stuff moving around when working with it, think I'll wear eye protection when using.

No idea. We can’t get the attachment off to get to the plate to open it up to see what’s going on. Probably taking it to John Deere and letting them deal with it. It’s under warrantyWell that sucks. What will have to be replaced?

we have several close family that work for this dealer including both the shop and sale floor managers. When the brand new baler broke last month, the warranty guy from corporate estimated 3-4 weeks, the shop turned it around in 2 days, dealt with the warranty stuff afterwards.Yeah, I wouldn't work on it either under warranty. Hopefully a quick turn around.

yeah, on site service calls do take longer here too. We just call and say hey, can we bring it in? which they say sure, service department on site at dealer has like 20 people, service calls off site, they send 1. and its dependent on call order and where the service trucks are in the area.Well it's good to have friends/family in those places. When I had the zerk fitting on my loader fall off I had to wait until they had a scheduled trip out this way before they serviced it. Fortunately it only took a week.
My older son will sometimes wear different shoes on each foot...

scoreScore for me!! The parts I bought from my buddy with the 67 Barracuda included some dented twisted trim all taped together. I didn't really look to closely at it since I was giving it to John. He asked for some pics this morning, so I went out and pulled the tape off to take some pics. Low and behold there on a piece of trunk trim was the two end molding clips I've been searching for. In addition, a nice complete set of trim molding pieces with the correct trim nuts. It was a one year only clip. They make some close, but not like it. I'm smiling today!!
Good Morning everyone. Today is Friday for me...hope to get more painting and staining done on the house this weekend. Also, have to go over the Jalopy to make sure it is ready for a 150 mile round trip to a Rockabilly Hot Rod show next weekend. Symco Weekender
