Windows are hinged vertically and only open about 4 inches with screens. Can't even get your head out the window....Horrible view of the highway also.....

Think I'll do a video on the Korean Quarantine experience, and post it on my YouTube Channel. Got my GoPro with me...

I used this stuff on the control arms. But I feel like its chipping way too easily.

I sanded everything down to bare metal. Then wiped it down with B12 to remove any grease or oil residue.

Is that where I went wrong, maybe?

Or did I leave the surface too smooth?

Im confused. A chink is a crack, a fissure or void. To seal it, its called chinking. With caulk,or caulking. I would think chinking is the process of making the chink.

Wait till you are out of there to post or they might give you permanent accommodations.
Nahhh, this is South, not North Korea. Anyhow , I already started yesterday, when they rang my doorbell for a temp gun to the forehead test, I pointed a GoPro camera in her face. She was wearing a full hazmat suit....LOL....Vids to follow.....

Join the club and see a chiropractor like me...

My kink in my neck is starting to go in the right direction.... I still need some more treatments, but it's getting better a little at a time...
Yep...me, my wife and my daughter have a chiropractor that we see regularly. I have been using chiropractors for the better part of 35 years.

I also know when they can help and when I have to work on the issue myself before what they do will be effective.

In this case, I spent all yesterday afternoon and evening doing the stretches and muscle work. Today again, starting this morning. As of now, my spine is releasing and moving as it should.

However, the muscle spasms and pain from the insult injury are still continuing..but diminishing slowly. It will take a week to heal at least.

The second my spine locks and won’t move, it’s chiropractor time.

Thanks for the thoughts and advice, it is always welcome.

Yet, the chiropractor does very little for me,physiotherapist nails it in two or three sessions.
And chiropractor helps when my wife has trouble.

I can understand that. Physio is mostly muscular and Chiro is mostly skeletal. It depends largely on the nature of the underlying issue as to which will likely be most effective.

Different specialists tend to do better with one over the other, but a really good one knows how to address both.

I’ve only ever had one that good...and he was so good that the Cincinnati Bengals football team recruited him and he closed his practice to work for them full time back in 2002. I was disappointed to lose him as my Doc. :(

I was getting treated for a shoulder/neck injury.Mentioned i feel a sciatica episode coming on,and she worked on it,and i was convinced.
Usually a couple times/year, been about 2 years since my last visit.

I just cranked up the 67 Fastback and got it to idle. Got a few more things to do and should be able to move it under its own power this week.
