Mornin yall. Doctors have said my sister essentially shouldn't be alive. They said people who go through what she did have a 1% survival rate. Well alrighty then. They didn't put a pacemaker in. They put in a defibrillator. She's sore as hell, but already back home. I guess she still has something to do in this world.

Saw your post. We have our account set up with each of us with a Roth IRA, a Bond account, and a Joint account which is stocks. Any dividend paid goes back into the account for investment. Been doing it that way for 25 years.

No idea what im doing today.
A little more mucking out shop. i picked away at some stuff yesterday,today i should do the same. I have a big roll of thick paper i use for sheet metal templates, it needs a home. I had a few, this one should last a couple years. Its from a factory that made paint colour strips. No bleed through. Same guy gave me a pile of leather,good for interior project. Gray and dark red finish.
 
Happy Saturday, we got one of those weird frost mornings this morning, hoar frost I think they call it. Anyway it is gorgeous. I tried to take a pix but it just not do it justice. Welcome back to the world Mitch! All good in coffee club this morning. We got a great looking new hound and RRR sister bounced out as well as Mitch. Life is good.

I think I’ll see how my 3 coats of primer, 4 coats of red look on my 440 and if good, take the tape off the 440. Probably gonna let it cure until Monday then start the long awaited assembly

Just sitting here sipping some green tea waiting on shop to warm up. Surfing the web looking for “a good deal” on new toys and it dawned on me...... So I told Jodi, she should be very proud of me, I have not bought a gun or car parts all year long. Sadly she is only on her first cup of coffee so she failed to see the wit.

Yeah I used a similar joke on the wife yesterday... it didn’t end well. I was told in very explicit terms not to make that joke or any like it again :lol:

my wife is due April 4th. The National tractor pulling championships got moved back to March 31-April 3rd. She really didn’t like the suggestion we go so that the 4 engines, 8000 hp Top Fuel Hemi powered tractors that shake so much they register on a seismograph could put her in labor
