How big is that attic? The whole garage length?
I have found that when happy where I am and change just for money or some promise....it never works out. Stay happy. Unless it means Lots of extra money but I know I won't do it again. We had a long nite out in the shop last night, a couple of head hunters from a different group of a gun bunnies Company are trying to recruit me away from GTBR (Get Trained Be Ready) They sent their business development guru and regional director who is over the central time zone. I would work for him. Not sure where it will go, I explained my position as a sponsored shooter so they better figure on lots of free Ammo! Seriously doubt I would ever leave GTBR as the owner and crew are the best. But ya just never know. Never hurts to hear what the other team is offering.
I totally agree, I really like working for GTBR, the owner/Founder is simply the best. While the other outfit is significantly larger I fear I would not like the larger environment. We (GTBR) are a small tight knit Company with all top notch guys. Quality over quantity every time!I have found that when happy where I am and change just for money or some promise....it never works out. Stay happy. You are asking the wrong guy, see attached pix. First I love all things chambered in 45lC. Second I firmly believe you should always buy not sell. Short answer keep it! Should you want to part with it you will find no shortage of folks interested in it. It is steadily going up in value and will continue to do so. You can most likely already sell it for more than you paid for it. It don’t eat much, doesn’t take up much space and continuously increases in value. Hang on to it!Can I ask you a gun question? Seems like an odd dog leg, clearly there is no easement issue as the shop looks to be parallel with property line with standard hold off distance. Wonder if there is something underground utility like that forced them to dogleg? Maybe there was a tree there once upon a time? Hard to say, you just never know.A better shot of what I’m talking about. The shed is not mine but the neighbors. My property line runs over even with the utility box in see in the background. I can move dirt out about 20 feet and pave it.

You better keep one with you. Pirates you know.Man reading all this about guns, I'm debating selling my AR's and ammo. I cant take them with me and they will just be sitting in a gun safe at my in laws... what good does that do?? Why let them sit for years and years ??? The other part of me is just saying keep them..
Well those plans changed..... We had to route to plan B. We were not able to obtain insurance on a boat. So now we are heading to Costa Rica. Sadly guns are illegal there. You better keep one with you. Pirates you know.
Gonna miss you guys!Well those plans changed..... We had to route to plan B. We were not able to obtain insurance on a boat. So now we are heading to Costa Rica. Sadly guns are illegal there.
I highly recommend NOT selling. Without getting too political, by the time you come back, there’s a high likelihood the left will have banned them. Theyre already trying. Thanks Mike, We'll be coming home to visit but we have the feeling it wont be for a couple years at first..Gonna miss you guys!
I've been following some of that and its actually part of the reason I've debated actually doing it.. "If" they get banned, what am I going to be able to do with them then?? Bring them to be destroyed?? Figure hell I could sell them now and make some money, I will have other guns, but do I really need 5 AR's?? LOL, I know sounds dumb just saying that but...I highly recommend NOT selling. Without getting too political, by the time you come back, there’s a high likelihood the left will have banned them. Thanks, its actually a very safe country, but appreciate the thoughts anyways, you just never know.Gulp. Stay safe.
