I think I would wait until next summer to see if the lumber prices go down. It's crazy/stupid out there right now.
 
Well so far 3 of the bodies recovered from Seacor Power were friends of mine. Not looking good at this point with the amount of time that has passed.

I’ll summarize, a couple people in here lost friends and loved ones, a couple births, some car progress and mitch is living the high life in Nam. Rest is pretty much par for the course
