Absolutely. When my son was stationed in Kansas years ago I was talking to a young guy there.
He had multiple Dui against him. Told me he was drinking came out got in his car no keys to get something from the car
It was on the property not running no keys . They hit him with another Dui and it stuck.
And I think that law is wrong. Rather have a drunk guy roll the dice and try to drive home with no problems or take a nap to sleep it off in the back seat. A sitting duck...
So now I am pumping the water out of the swimming pool. Ran out of chlorine a week ago, and the water is stagnant. Will clean the walls an introduce new water and chlorine today. Now I know why the skeeters were starting to bite me when I sit outside at night ???
Good Evening All! In the news in these parts, some legislation passed basically banning gas powered vehicles by 2030 part of the zero carbon ideal. I will read up on what happened there, in the news all over but I haven't had time to look into it. Heard "It's more of a goal". Oh boy...

Do you have pool service? I had a hot tub in my last house, loved to be in it, hated the upkeep as it wasn't new. Think I replaced everything at one time or another.

We had the test kit, chemicals, etc. etc. It just seemed I never had the time to keep it maintained, and that was 500 gallons. Can't imagine keeping a pool up, it's nice but holy ****!
Being so warm and so sunny, wouldnt take long for algae to run wild.
First thing I got to do when I got off work today was look at Becky's Stinger, making a squeeling noise out of passenger front tire. Dust shield is bent and can't get that car in the air, too low, I need a lowrider jack or something. Lift has my Duster on it and it's in a no roller state so Les Schwab it is. I tried to pull it straight through the rims but the tire needs to come off. Swabby said it would be "tire repair" prices.
Maintaining PH etc. in that is a science.
I have a strange problem with the fargo. Key off, honk horn and stereo lights up.
Had a contractor come out today and look at my garden for a fence, deer proof. He puts 6 foot black vinyl chain link and tops it with a runner at 7 feet so they don't hop over. We have an arbor that the wife wants to incorporate as an entry point so they bid that and the gate, also a wider gate that I can get my tractor in further down the fence line. With lumber up 800 percent I just "can't wait" for the estimate.

There sure are a lot of options, water clarifier, bromine, spa up, spa down, just confusing, don't know if I ever figured it out.
My dad was a pool technician. I used to hang out with him on weekends,as he checked the levels in two city pools. One was sand filters, other was dietemacious ? earth filter.
Sand filters were way better. 8 feet of water could see heads or tails on a quarter. Other one could barely see the quarter.

Speaking of cleaning water, I gotta figure out why my water softener is cycling every couple hours suddenly. It’s caused my water usage to triple in the last month
I've seen something like this with "company radios". The current draw from starting the vehicle causes the radio to turn on even if "ignition sense" is not wired. Could be a voltage drop causing it, try doing other current drawing things, headlights, vehicle start etc. Dunno.
Is the stereo hard wired to the battery?
It goes off during crank, even though the starter is a stomp pedal directly on starter.key is on/off. But i will try starter tomorrow with key off to see what happens. Stereo has a battery connection and an acc connection.

Duster De-ruster
Make a 2x10 'booster ramp' just attach a piece like 12-18 long on top of one twice that. =3" lift. Back onto it and you should be able to get floor jack under side. Or drive on if there is a jack point you can get at from the front.
