I said sell like, not smell like....
Skinny Dipping An elderly man in Louisiana had owned a large farm for several years... He had a large pond in the back. It was properly shaped for swimming, so he fixed it up nice with picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees. One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the pond, as he hadn't been there for a while and look it over. He grabbed a five-gallon bucket to bring back some fruit. As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee. As he came closer, he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond. He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end. One of the women shouted to him, 'we're not coming out until you leave!' The old man frowned, 'I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked.' Holding the bucket up he said, 'I'm here to feed the alligator.' Some old men can still think fast.

Well, flight was uneventful, drive home the same. Got some take out, ate, did all my laundry, and now all set. Off to Jefferson Swap Meet tomorrow. Much needed

I don't wanna come home....
I don't blame you. Tiger prawns for breakfast? I'm in! LOL
I have a feeling im not getting any sleep tonight. Seems that what was working aint working no more.
Lot more to it than that I can see. Wouldn't blame you if you would stay. Do you get a visa and can only stay so long?
Evening all. Claudia and I went to the funeral for the Capt of the Seacor Power. Was tough. The good thing though is that one of the guys I had no word on was actually one of the survivers. On one hand you are relieved that he is safe but then you greave for the other guys families. They are telling me that at least one of the remaining guys that should have been found in the Engine room has not been found and that they have been through the space.
My current Visa expires on 5/5. But I was just issued a Temporary Residency Card in Viet Nam. It is good for three years. Can come and go as I please. Basically the same as a three year Visa .
Good for you.
Right now, working on a Visa for her to come to America. Had to pay a Visa agent, and they want lots of supporting documents. Pics of us together over the past 3 years. Copies of plane tickets, hotel reciepts, etc. I have to write a 5 page timeline of our relationship, including pics. Even then, they say maybe 6 months to process, and receive Visa...
Most of that is here on FABO. lol Shouldn't be a problem. Would love to meet her sometime.
Not this year at Carlisle, but for sure next year...
Now getting ready to teach an English lesson...Two youngsters..
And I'm up. Damn knee .
Best of luck with the VISA application Mitch. Had a half cup of coffee two days ago....first taste in a month since my dental surgery. I think I have gone through the caffeine withdrawal already...or maybe going through it now. Getting some mild headaches that last all day.
The young man is 12, and his sister is 6. Duy Tam the boy, has a fair understanding of English, but I don't think the schools teach all that well here. He knows some grammar, and reading, and writing, but his speach is not the best. I have him reading from the book of John in the Bible, so he can improve his word recognition, and pronunciation. I have some Bibles here, written in both the Viet language and English on opposite pages. I'm impressed, he is doing well. I also take time each session to work with the girl, on basic English...
Sad to hear. Sorry for the loss of your friends
