It is OK. I hope. The speakers are weather resistant. Mylar cones....So it stayed dry.
Nice the stereo is something I’ve yet to plan for in my dart. Glad you brought this topic up as I need to plan for it while building this dash out.It is OK. I hope. The speakers are weather resistant. Mylar cones....
This the gentleman that went to Knob Creek for years?Well, Holy Smokes. Someone came out of the shadows. My Dad just joined. @Just Ron
The speakers I used are Alpine.Nice the stereo is something I’ve yet to plan for in my dart. Glad you brought this topic up as I need to plan for it while building this dash out.
I like listening to Siruis radio classics. Old radio shows. Johnny dollar, Gun smoke, stuff like that...Makes time go quickly...And music as well....Honestly, I bet I rarely turn on my radio in a vehicle. Maybe only when the wife is with me. She’s one of those that changes the station when a commercial comes across
yes sir. @Just Ron maybe he remembers himThis the gentleman that went to Knob Creek for years?
Yes, I'm the guy who goes to Knob Creek. Been going for over 20 years. Been on the line shooting for over 10 years.

400 watt for sub. 600 watt 4 channel for rest
Yes, it is near the positive side of battery. But doesn't look like it would attach. That looks interesting. Only one wire going to it? Is it near the battery? Might be a positive power feed to something.....Guessing...
Yep how Kenny can stand her is beyond meThat would be the witch, Tracy. Have to be nice when she is around.
400 watt for sub. 600 watt 4 channel for rest
Rough estimate, how much money should I set aside for that set up or something similar400 watt for sub. 600 watt 4 channel for rest
Dual batteriesGot your solar battery charger wired in for those listening times when the engine isn't running?
Car has a 100 AMP alt, and a duel purpose batt. Marine. for deep cycle use and good cold cranking power....Got your solar battery charger wired in for those listening times when the engine isn't running?
Might still be in the cards....Dual batteries
welcome!
Ah my dad and grandfather were on the line from the 1960s thru the mid 2000s. Lady in charge decided that bringing a flak gun, m2 and a pair of MG34s weren’t as cool as a single M134 and kicked dad off his spot of 40plus years
Speakers make the system. About 1000.00 in speakers is what I spent. Cheaper speakers require more power to get the same DB out put. My amps are not expensive, but really perform with these speakers...Rough estimate, how much money should I set aside for that set up or something similar
Easy to put a second battery in the trunk, has a Large power cable going there already....Was thinking thisI just remember the little 100 ampre unit I had in a previous hot rod left me looking for jumper cables many times
