Stop in for a cup of coffee

It's Tudor Tuesday!

Good morning :D

:soapbox:Somewhere engineers pat themselves on the back while I curse their existence...
Went to autozone and got a piece of fuel hose for the chipper. The old one was 19.5", so just grabbed the 2' piece in the blister pack. Carefully cut it to same length as the original routed it through the very tight passage between the cooling fins and flywheel using Dawn soap to get it to slide over the bracket. Attached to carb, put cover with pull cord back on, tank on. Look at bottom of tank and the fitting is on opposite side. :wtf:
While very different looking, this tank is sold under the same part #. Thinking at some point, they changed carb and got the inlet in a spot so they could use a short fuel line that does not route through the engine. I don't want to take all apart to put in a longer piece and I don't like just adding a piece with a coupler that says "I f'd up" LOL. My solution - will stop at Home Depo and get a fuel shutoff valve to add in the line.

91 f150 oil pan job. It sucks. I ignored the pull upper intake part, now i have to set it down and remove upper intake. Oh well.

 An hour ago, it was the same temperature here as the old homeland Barstow at 91°. Since then it has declined by 10° here and increased by same amount there  Beach goers are probably still quite pleased with the change.

Oil pan is out. Had enough. And no upper intake gaskets available. Not locally at least. Supplier is trying to hunt some up.

Waiting for the wife to get home and then Having wife take me to doctor, probably end up ER. Took a shot to chest.
See ya all on the flip side. If I die, someone come save my projects from the crusher. No joke

Good luck...

@krazykuda .
Well I didn't take your advice on soaking my finger. But for as bad as it looked two days ago it's just about back to normal. I did appreciate the advice though.

Woah! Prayers to you bud. What happened?

"Took a shot to the chest" could be just about anything. What he been working on lately? He was talkin' grinder on welds recently and sanding body work.

Dinner is done. Guess its time to get on with mowing. Then its all almost done.

Evening fellers. Hope your ok Chris. Hot here again today, hit 100, normal is 85. Did not feel like working on anything.

With today's lifting of many of the state lock down protocols.
The fair in the next county booked some fine entertainment.
Blue Oyster Cult, Journey, AC/DC all on the free with general admission stage.
The high dollar stage, not so much yet.
Little Big Town and Big and Rich, separate nights.

Just got back from the dr, thank God my wife works for one and has him on speed dial. I’m okay at the moment. He sent me home but if it gets worse, I’m to go to the ER. In office X-rays and a quick ultra sound so nothing broken just a lot of bruising. Thanks all
