Hmmm, what to do today...
Wife cut grass around the house the other day, but I should go do the back half. Going to 90 today. They upped it to mid 90's for the next 3! Probably go paint my buddies shutters later. -On sawhorses in his air conditioned garage.

lol, going to be hot here today as well (rare). Wife says put the portable AC unit in the shop, won't be hot enough long enough to do that.

Nice to start here - near 80 now. Time to close the house up. AC for the next 4 for sure!
We aren't due to change our filter until July, think I'll do it today as AC ran quite a bit yesterday.

Did ours a few months ago. Usually 2 per year. 20x25x4’s are friggin expensive!
Holy cow, ours is only 1 inch thick, not too expensive even if you buy the highest quality. We're changing them at 90 day intervals, mostly because there was a bit of construction dust left in the ducts.
I just ordered a extendible hedge trimmer. Our bushes are so big (que Karl)
I have a heck of a time getting into the center to trim the growth. I like the Worx stuff. You can order a "tool only" directly from the factory. (same price as the big box stores). I already have a half dozen chargers and batteries.

There is a some very scenic properties in Kentucky right now for fair prices. I’ve been looking myself but wife isn’t on board.... yetThat’s a great question Ray! We’ve been looking online at northern Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky. Not convinced or settled with anywhere yet. There are still lots of other beautiful and affordable places in this great country of ours. Most of them we will have to figure out how to hide that we’re from Ca!

Man this weekend just sucked top to bottom, just found out one of the officers our boy works with was killed during a traffic stop. Not been a good weekend for us.

Wife knows I am stressing out today over safety of our boy so she made my all time favorite breakfast food, unless of course you count pecan pie and ice cream. She made deer sausage and spicy gravy, homemade biscuits with homemade jam from our berries and poached eggs. Throw it all in a bowl. Stress eating 101! Nirvana, carb coma is on the horizon! Of course I did not put any butter on the biscuit cause you know I am watching my girlish figure.

Not sure if we will get any blueberries. I have them fully netted and have not seen anything in there. Yet the berries seam to be disappearing

The hops that did real well last year, I trimmed them down as the guides say too, they didn’t come back up this year. Probably a soil PH thing if they keep failing. I need to send that off and have tested.Sounds awesome!

I am picking up some more fruit trees tonight. Local nursery finally got some in and I’m going to try and get a couple pear trees.
