I screwed up today, the wife, kids are on my case
I installed a locking system for a container today, it cost the guy something like 800 dollars plus installing it. Its like something I never saw before.
Usually I use a 2 inch pipe which goes across the doors and a lock box at one end so nobody can get to the pad lock but this system is really tough to get break into a container.....The project manager explained this 20 foot container is taken and left on job sites, say for example were a big highway bridge or road job is going on. He told me there is tens of thousands of dollars in tools inside these containers.....he told me once thieves tried to get into the container by hot wiring a back hoe and they ripped the locking bars off but still could not get into that container with a locking set up like the one I installed today
The company says 2 hours to install but I couldn't come no wear near two hours. I found the box hard to line up as well as the l bracket. I had someone lock me in the container and I fit it and marked it

What happened was it was in the nineties and humid and I was in the sun all day. I was getting more weaker as the day wore on and I had to keep sitting down to rest
Im 69 and welding in the sun with this high temps has taken a toll....I use to not log ago be able to put floors in dump trailers when it was 95 out with the sun beating down but no more
I got the job done and it turned out perfect but I was loosing my voice and I got a little dizzy and I didn't have the strength to clean up, I mean walking was hard.....To make a long story short I had to call for help and we put everything away and my son drove me home
My wife read me he riot act, my daughter called and lectured me all with their usual your to old BS
So that was my fun filled day LOL
Dang, take care of yourself. That heat can get to you. for me it seems worse since my heart surgery. A couple weeks ago I was at my son's house doing yard work and got so hot I started stumbling around the back yard. I headed to the truck and got myself home. I felt like crap that day and the next. Dehydrated, heat stroke or whatever. It wasn't good.

Right... this is what happens when you fight a political war instead of an all out war like WW2. We didn’t have a plan to actually win the war. We should have hunted down each and everyone of these turds and wiped them out. That or just saturation bomb the **** out of them like we did the Germans.
