And to be completely transparent, I check the weather and if it’s going to break 90 I usually will leave it in the garage. Not because the car can’t handle it but because it gets mighty warm inside the car, I’m not a happy person when it’s hot!

its one reason I took the bicycle to the garage on Mon and Tues. Sitting in traffic going no where in a hot car makes me grumpy.

Glen Ray did two for me. Yes, expensive... One for the GTS since it was an 033 same as hemi rad. The other for my 70 Cuda 383 4 spd numbers on rad also. The Cuda rad is on the shelf waiting it's turn...
 
I spent good money on the rad. I have. Going to see how it does before ditching it....With shroud...

At the rate that you are going, you are going to have the same amount in the t-stat as the rad once you get the right one... :BangHead:
 
Bolt kit arrived for water pump. Wasn't supposed to be here till Monday. Maybe put it back on tomorrow.
Pulled pistol grip shifter, tweaked it a little so it's more upright in first and second and doesn't travel as far in 3rd and 4th.
I'm happy now.

I just realized sumthin' while I was out cruisin' around, it cooled off real nice after sunset :D. Today was opening day of deer season :elmer:. Right across the street is 10 miles of brush covered ranch land and a bit of North Vandenberg AFB. All the way to the beach is open deer country and I didn't hear one single gun shot :realcrazy: .
 
Good Morning All! I'm up early, even for me. Prolly has something to do with that nap I took yesterday eve, was beat from my road trip. Son texted, hey I forgot a tub of stuff in the closet....shocker! We are driving back over there Thursday for his "white coat" ceremony so we'll bring it then.
 
Working on the Master Bedroom today.
Have to move the King size water bed I converted to a regular bed years ago.
Four post colonial design. Four posts with top beams, did have mirrors at one time:rolleyes:.
Thing weighs a ton. Funny part is I never sleep in it.

We had something like that in our last house, a ton of built up support wood, was wood screwed together, hated moving it but liked the headboard and posts. Good luck!
