Stop in for a cup of coffee

E-repair. delivery van needs lower ball joints now. Has to go on a run tomorrow.
25 minutes in and im ready to press out 1st one. Im thinking i will have them out before they deliver them.

Both ball joints out. All they had to do is look em up and deliver. 5 miles away. Still not here.

3/4 ton van replace 2 lower ball joints. 2 hours. That snappy ball joint press is the ticket! Dam knuckles are heavy!

I have an OTC I bought 25 years ago....Im sure its the same thing....Works well..
All the cups snap in. No chasing them across shop. The web on clamp is bigger than the otc.threaded end of clamp has a grease fitting, that alone makes a huge difference.i bought it a couple years ago.

9PM PDT on CBS Kenny Rogers concert recorded just before his passing if you're interested. I bet the times are adjusted for the different time zones. :D

Well I just got home from our annual trap shoot and dinner. I came out on top in the twenty gauge division, but lost overall by one bird. I figure second place against all those 12s is ok! Great time.

I like 20ga. :D I studied the ballistics very closely and compared them to the 12ga. 20ga doesn't give up much in the way of performance.

Cool...

I don't have a shotgun with a barrel longer than 20" so you'd kick my butt regardless of gauge. :elmer:

Very first time I ever shot trap 17 birds with a 20" 20ga. My boss that invited me that shot all the time "Gimme that! WTF are you shooting? 20ga?" He proceeded to blast 20 in his next round with it. "Not bad. I could get used to that."

I should drag the Zombie Slayer out to the Rod & Gun some time then

Found a nice of 14 inch SBP rally's for sale in Iowa. What do you know, I know someone who lives in Iowa! @toolmanmike has driven hours to pick them up for me!! What a guy!! Thanks!!
Got them picked up. Nice guy and had a good chat as well as a smooth drive home. I will stash them in my storage garage tomorrow.:thumbsup:

The biggest difference is in shot weight difference. Twenty =7/8 of ounce in shot and 12 is an ounce and a 1/8 of shot. But in the end nobody asks how? Just how many!

I traded my Marlin 30-30 lever gun straight across for a brand new Mossberg 500 20ga Youth Model. I liked my Marlin but after experimenting with pointy bullets in it and their superior performance over the normal 30-30, 1 in the chamber and 1 in the magazine just didn't do it for me. I found a 30-30 bolt gun at a gun show not long ago for next to nuthin' :D:D

High caliber rifles are pretty easy to find. People tend to buy them due to a fad (7mm) or name (30.06//30-30) Then they shoot them and get knocked on their ***...or carry it through the brush all day and can't lift their arms. Next thing you know it's on the used gun rack with only like 10 rounds through it.
