Neighbor gave me a couple jars of black bean and corn salsa. I never had it and really not sure how. Only salsa we have is in Velvetta over corn chips (nachos).
Any suggestions ?

We've sometimes use the oven bag to cook pork chops or a pork loin with black beans, onion, and BBQ sauce. I might just try a jar of this stuff with a little pork loin. Make up my own recipe.
