Stop in for a cup of coffee

Thanks. I may give them a call.

then again if I could just talk the wife into it, I have an option for a steel trussed house for under 25k.
Not sure on pricing now as steel has really went thru the roof but 40 by 100 17 ft eves plus a 40 x15 lean to, minimal windows with insulation package was right at 40k. Does not count pad.

Good morning. Yesterday was insane and Monday should be worst. We had a bunch of Coast Guard and ABS inspectors onboard. So get this done.... wait drop everything and assist .... why isnt that done. Should be a good and cold day ( for south Louisiana)

Tough to "Like" that. Good luck with the Coasties.

What's that saying. "If it's old it's gold" at least some people convince themselves of that. $26,000 Valiants that "need restore"...

.
Worse than that. If it is old it is a "Classic". Stupid use of the definition. The C.C.C.A. haven't designated any car as a Classic in our lifetimes.

I am digging that clock Ray !! And the price is good for me, but I am clock thick

Well last year, my parents bought a 40x30x 16 extension for the steel frame building we already had. But as they were told and ignored, the ground water table is too high on the side they wanted to add on too, footers sank. So we can’t put it up. Been trying to sell it, but it’d cost an extra 10 grand to get an extra truss and wall to make it able to be free standing. But it’s got a 5-12 pitch, eaves are 16 ft, so one could make a 2400 square ft, 2 story house for under 30k not counting the inside. I figured another 10-15k for the inside. But wife doesn’t wanna live in a pole barn looking think.

Yeah... everyone pulls up the Hagerty ratings and quotes Concourse pricing....

Silly rabbits.

Read the definition. My Valiant was appraised as a 3 which is maybe a little generous but I'm not selling it.

Do up a block or stick build facade on lieu of the missing side? :D

Morning.
-21 and a blizzard rolling in. I broke my plow yesterday.

Yes Hagerty, an organization that should know better, consistently references any car with a few years on it as a "Classic". They are part of the "dumbing down".

22,000 vintage cars for sale on the H.A.M.B. and you will not see any references to or use of the term "Classic". Those guys understand.

They have my Polara at 3500, and my dart at 10,500 AGREED value.

Think the dart is for 8K through Grundy 136 a year. Tell you what they paid out fast when I had that engine fire.

I didn't register mine or pay insurance till it was ready to go on the road.

Good Morning
I did simply because I was worried about theft or fire or tornado. That said, I’m really glad I did now with the squatter crap going on.
