For those close to my age a reminder. Monday is a bank holiday. Far as I know it doesn't affect the liquor stores, so we should be ok . 
All suited up ready to go. Wife came flying through to change and we head back to town for the dinner.
Good news she said open bar for the evening. I told her to enjoy herself and I'd be the DD tonight.

All right Zman, as promised. Pix from todays effort. We are whipped. We have been getting up at 0400 and hitting it hard until roughly seven every night. We decided to call it early today as neither of us can raise our arms. First pix is proof of why you should always marry a farm girl. Like I said we start early (before light) That is Jodi rocking her caver light racking the walls to the red iron. I fabricated some fancy little brackets from left over steel from the metal building erection. We have a camp table with the obligatory crock pot going for snacks and Shiner Bocks. The apartment is now framed. The little spot where I set up my cut station is all I have left of the initial proposed 20 by 40 storage up top. I lost the argument! The pix looking down on all the staged crap is where my two post lift will sit.

Replacement K-frame arrived today for the Valiant.
It has a Firm Feel reinforcing kit applied so much more stout.
