I took a big poop today. Let's just say yall better be glad this ain't smellonet.
Sorry to hear that Mike.Damn, I am just crushed. I just got word that Dennis Hogan passed away. A great guy, a senior partner with Hogan/Hansen a The CPA firm my wife was a partner in. He loaned us money so I could get started in the tool business. Always a nice guy and respectful. 80 years old, he and his wife walked past the house twice a day and in good health. He tipped over in his kitchen over a cup of morning coffee.
Thats ok with butter, but I like ‘em thicker with gravy. Lots of gravy…Short biscuits!
.
You know we love the rusty tractor! Cow pie biscuit for the win! My oldest Brother still lives up on the hill in Elma!I found the poles/spreaders on Clist, drove quite a while to get them, wanted to stop in Elma and get a bite to eat at the Rusty Tractor : ) Anyway, netting was on Amazon. I have 25 feet of schedule 80 pipe, could get several done as it just fits and can go inside the aluminum pipe until it narrows down at flange. Can't buy steel on the island though so will have to go off island to purchase another stick to finish.

The sound of freedom! Deception pass bridge will freak you out if you walk out on it!Whidbey island, you can drive off, have to cross Fidalgo island to get to mainland but it's really just like any other road unless you're at Deception Pass Bridge, that's different : )

Good brakes matter.Well, as I impatiently wait on motor mounts... getting the rear wheel cylinders taken care of.
Drums came off very easily... few bumps with a rubber mallet and out.
Interesting things inside to included a mud wasp nest and cobwebs...
Left side adjuster cable had rusted through and just fell out when I pulled the drum. Had a spare one in the salvage drawer so a win there.

I had the earlier version of that in my 1960 Fuelie Corvette
Yes took forever for them to line everything up this time around. We are wider than your average vessel.Everything all settled in the drydock Steve?
Good morning. Over the hump and on the downhill slide. Day 12 of 21.
Well yesterday was a small victory I thought. She had decided we needed a birdbath and a couple really big flower pots.
So off to the first place and it was a zero. Off to the second place and I sprung into action. "Hey we're going right by the gun shop and I want to show you something, plus they have a couple cute shop dogs" She agrees.
We walk in and I introduce her to Ammo the shop dog. He's all wags as she talks to him.(distraction is working)
I go to the counter and ask about a SnW model 69 2 1/2" 44 mag. Yes they can order me one.
She comes over and asks if I'm getting another gun? I am I said, and she replied get what you need. Really??
Mission sucess and we're off again looking for flower pots.
Yes we found exactly what we needed and was surprised how dam heavy those thing were.
Side note the dinning room table, chairs, and buffet table we ordered a year ago were finally delivered yesterday.
I'm ready for another cup.Morning. Need go juice!
