Stop in for a cup of coffee

Anybody know how long you have to stay in the tube for a shoulder MRI? I am not a fan of tight spaces. Pretty sure they won’t let me do four doubles before I go in? I will close my eyes control my breathing and count backwards from a thousand!
shoulder scan shouldn't be too bad. Although from your ear to your elbow.

Last MRI machine I was on was a deafening experience. Like they were firing a .22 pistol right next to my head every 15 seconds.

I go in Monday morning. I think I will gork out on muscle relaxers first so that I don’t panic in the tube, and I mean seriously have you ever tried to hide a 45 in a hospital gown?
John with the big gun. It's won't show up. LMAO. (Ask them first) a MRI a different story.

Hah! Of all the times not to carry a plastic pistol! I will just tell the nurse I am happy to see her! Holy smokes the tube freaks me out.
Yeah I don't like those tubes either. Really have to concentrate on not freaking out

Well today was interesting. Got put on the spot and had to give an impromptu presentation in front of the board of directors for the entire company and the owner.

Got the new radiator I ordered put in.
Went out and stress tested it and it did not get above 130 the entire time. :D

Last one I had in October my shoulders were to wide, went to an open MRI.

130? That’s low.... your water temp can be too low. You really want it around 160-180
yeah, but since I live in hades living room and it gets around 90-110 during show and cruise night season I wanted to be safe.
It was a little cooler out today so that'd be my guess on why it didn't get above 130.
(It is a 160 thermostat)

Except at one time most of us would go to a book first. Owners manual or something like that had all the basics. Firing order sometimes cast on the intakes. I don't have a photo but on my '67 someone had neatly scratched the /6 distributor sketch on a an inner fender.

Waiting for someone with more /6 knowledge to tell him when tubed spark plug heads were last made. I need ot spend time looking looking up and figuring out my own mysteries. All I wanted to do was set the alternator bering at the correct hieght. This resulted in figuring out the C- (Miller) and SP- (IDK?) tools which changed over time....
Which is the reason you seldom see me asking questions. I have a pretty large library of books. If I don't know something right off, I consult them. I guess growing up before the internet and computers taught me the value of books. I don't read novels and such, but I've probably read more technical manuals than a lot of people have read any type book. I've slowed down a little since I retired. That's all I used to do to keep on top of things. Read. And read some more.

They had me in for about 10 - 15 seconds for my lung MRI(s) the past few times I was in the hospital...
