Got bearing replaced into the knuckle. Spent all of an hour trying to drive it out, press it out. I opted for the machine shop trick, run a big hot bead of weld inside inner race. A punch and hammer and done. Pressed new bearing in while knuckle was still warm. That helps too.

Afternoon, here’s to a good start up Mike. At the dentist for a cleaning, kinda shoots a hole in car stuff, still need to get the Dakota back together. Parts came in last evening.

So i zigged when i shoulda zagged. Ordered brake parts for mkz instead of mkx. Had right ones, but sway bar bushings will land in morning. All this will eat up a grand plus…

The problem is turning on the slope. Ours is in continuous until it drops off a small 8 ft cliff into a creek.
Ya mine went straight into the woods and couldn't cut it all down. I laid 2-4" big river rock (40 tons) and never mow it again.

So, last night was invited to join some friends and their mothers for mother's Day dinner here in Vietnam. Worked out pretty good. Got there at 5:30 left there at 8:30 p.m. . Most of the people there are older than me and they don't drink much. And they needed to go home before 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. kkkkkkkkk

Morning all

Got a majority of the yard mowed last night after work. Hope to knock out the rest today. Growing fast now

Be safe out there

Its here. Down hard again yesterday. Play catchup today! Glad I have all the stuff done for Carlisle this year, just have to load it when the time comes. Never done this soon.

Hoppy hope your doing better today. Yesterday I spent a majority of the day doing yard work. With all the rain we had spots were still wet. One of my steeper slops I start at the top and go really slow to the bottom. Yesterday I'm going down slow and loose control of the mower it's sliding down the hill and we're heading for the creek, I held on and as we neared the bottom I regained control. It could of gone sideways and rolled or worse. I checked the rear tires were muddy so they were giving no traction. Screw it I took the weed eater to the rest of it. I'm going to put rock down on that side of the driveway and never have to mow it again.

Craig lesson learned when you drop rock put weed block under it keeps stuff from growing later.
