Stop in for a cup of coffee

There's a bunch of tiny ants that have taken up home in my mailbox... Many of the letters are covered with them and their eggs... :wtf:

I put a bait trap in there yesterday to see if that helps, if not I will fog bomb the mailbox to kill them off... :BangHead:
Try some flea powder. Many insects breathe through their exoskeleton and the powder plugs them up. My son had a lot of wasps around his house and garage. He used some non toxic flea powder and they are all but gone.

It’s like everything else... there’s literally shortages on everything

4 Parts stores to get together a gallon for "The Big Bleed" this weekend. PITA

NAPA only had pints, Advance was out (only DOT 3) and two Autozone stores before I went outside of town to their warehouse store and they found 4 quarts back in the warehouse as there was none in the retail area.

It's Willys Woody Wednesday!

Good morning :D

Morning, cooler here today mid 70s. waiting on Fed Ex last driver said we didn't live here any more, so they sent the package back. Went up the chain of command on that one so we will see if it shows up this time.

:BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::lol:

Ant control .. I use plain ole kitchen cleanser the powdered variety. Just sprinkle it on their trail, they will carry it back to the nest on their feets and it will kill off the entire herd.

Chris it won't take a gallon of fluid to bleed your brakes.....FYI. But I use a power bleeder.....if you can wait a couple days I'll send it to you.....

Cool...

I have a pneumatic bleeder... is that what you are referencing?

I hate having to run out in the middle of a task :D so I tend to over-buy. I'll keep a quart to have it on hand and return the rest.

Bathroom project continues. I know, surprise, right? Just knocked down the high spots and cleand up a couple spots my caulk got out of control.. Ready for second mud coat after more coffee. Still trying to find a vanity. Everything I see is overprice crap. It's all MDF -:wtf:. And I have near exactly 36" alcove. Most don't work right in the space. They are almost all designed to be freestanding, so top of a 36" cabinet is 37". That includes alacart tops with sink. Not sure how I could cut down marble or granite. Even the man mad composite stuff.. I might just bury the edges in the drywall. Looking at old wood furniture on Marketplace, etc for something I could repurpose.

2 pints equals a quart. :poke:
But seriously, reading last posts - better to have the extra sitting around in pints. Although I guess its not a big deal having an open bottle for extended time with this stuff since the whole point is it doesn't suck up water.

Haha... yeah, incomplete thought. Pints of DOT3 :D

synthetic or silicone?

What I thought and what I have are apparently two different things. Information indecision...what I WANTED was silicone, made the assumption that was synonymous with synthetic. (buzzer sound) My ignorance. Since I've replaced everything from front to rear I want silicone. Looks like Amazon to the rescue. Tried local shops but the more I talked to the parts guys the more confusing it became to me.

I just got a tech tip about sealing around bathtubs. Fill tub with water. This way sealant wont crack when its filled later.

Stupid dodge. Little bracket that holds abs wire, nut on backside broke loose. Both sides. They cant get the simple things right. Friction welded just enough to get it down the line without falling apart. 4 years old, wipers are siezed to pivots.stupid dodge…

This was early this morning around 9:00 a.m. . But there is a lot more to this story. Had to go to some of the property that we own and do a lot of work. I will embellish on that later. Maybe tomorrow, cuz I'm tired want to go to bed.

Mine has an aluminum cap that hooks tight to the MC. There is a container with a pump to pressure bleed everything. Pumps the container full of compressed air. Has a gauge. Just fill the MC and the container. Pump it up and bleed everything like normal. Might need to pump more pressure. Ez.

Sounds much simpler than what I'm running.

Works with dual cylinder master?
