Must be Munster Monday

Good morning

Should be able to get to calibrating the rest of the meters Keefer picked up for me timing light is good, the rest need a bit of tlc. Have a few more stashed I did not think I would get to but I am basically packed up for the show so have some time. Doing a 440-6 for a friends shop since his machine is down for a fast turnaround. Hopefully it gets here tomorrow.
Ray, I have that OEM console Tach with sender for 66-69 Mopars. Never checked it. Can you check it to see if it operates? Bringing it to sell at Carlisle

I can bring the tester. Print out the wiring diagram with it. I am sure it goes through the sender first.

Or mail it to me that will add a hundred or two to it tested and calibrated.

Raining here, crops are doing good except for those that were hailed upon previous storms, probably above normal rainfall for my area but southern MN is dry

Guess I will get busy... won't be a washout, but chance of rain every day the rest of the week. So, mowing the lawn is pretty high on the to do list. Hopefully make some more progress on the bathroom. The vanity did not come with a backsplash. So I got these 3 marble tiles and rounded the top and sides. Worked from shaping with 80 grit, all the way to 1500 wet sand. I did notice an internal crack across one, but It should be OK as it will be glued to a backer. And not very noticeable when its standing upright.

Are you wearing a mask for the welding fumes, or even a small fan to push the away a bit ? Could be your headache possibly

Not wearing a mask, havnt found one to work well with glasses, helmet and beard. I did have a box fan blowing to try and help. Garage door and windows open. Didn't seem bad at all, but something is still getting me. No work on it yesterday at all, but still a headache. I did get the pex run and an outside faucet finally. I will be able to wash the car now without 10000000 buckets.

Yup... thus far;

1. nobody answers their phone
2. If they do "that guy isn't here"
3. they flat out say they won't work on a classic car
4. We'll call you back (that's in-person or over the phone if they do answer)
5. I'm booked until late August or September
6. Won't work on what we didn't install
7. Shorthanded

Had a guy stand there and run on about how "state of the art" their brand new alignment machine was... then tell me they won't do my car

Had another place that I wandered the bays (6 of them, all full) looking for someone and eventually followed the voices to the break room. Well, "that guy" wasn't in today...

And another spot I got the words "Front end." out and he cut me off with "we don't do nothing with tires"

Wow. Wish you were closer

Don’t know anything about the company selling, just grabbed the first one I saw.. This is a good underhood mask. But nothing is going to work well with a beard. That can be improved by wetting or I’m sure other tricks guys use.

Wow.

that said. Make sure you pull the specs for radials if you have radials. The factory specs were for bias ply and yes, they do make a big difference in both ride quality and handling

This guy used to be here in town
th?id=OIP.jpg

built any manifold you could dream up.
We HAD a good shop that specialized in drive lines, no more.
The engine shop, they were very involved in the local crude oil industry. When the oil companies switched out the last of the internal combustion engines on the pumping units and replaced with electric, engine shop turned into a kitchen cabinet distributor.
Alan Johnson Racing, he was in the old milking barn on his father's dairy after the big Fed dairy cow buyout.

I have a SKOSH Chart that was posted here in FABO that I've been working on. Lots of reading as there are a multitude of opinions as.always :D

Not knowing where you live, there are some seasons that give my son and my wife these kinds of headaches, an allergie to new grass pollen and oak at the beginning to mid spring here in northeast Arkansas, but thats been a about 40 days ago here.
Being outside for the first time , well you know, spending more time outside  is what I tell my wife and son :poke:..
I was blessed in the headache department, never have them unless I drink over 6 beers and a shot of bourbon, otherwise I never get headaches.

Hobby Air II. Get the half mask version, wrap the hose with header wrap to protect it. Run it up under your arm pit. Latch the belt. I have glasses and it works great

I bought mine in Dec 2020. Let me tell you, it was worth every single penny. Let me breath clean air and got rid of the headaches. And I kept energy longer this worked longer. Recommend it highly.

That chart is good. No tire wear or pulling. Manual steering, lighten up on the caster a bit.

Per my previous post. This is where I got mine. The owner Lee, is an auto hobby guy and has the best prices you will find for this thing. He beats even Amazon.
