Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Send it here been a few weeks since a decent soaking.
Just had a quick downpour last night. We've had rain pretty regular. Not sure if we are above/below normal, but grass is green and garden overgrown. Sounds like more today and/or tomorrow.

So I bought a new Stihl trimmer. I have some attachments for the old Ryobie I have but really needs a rebuild. Tell you what what a freaking workhorse this thing is.

Bring it down here and 'test' it. I'll give you a truckload of water for the pond

Mine is a bit different, the shaft comes apart halfway down for other shaft attachments.
Bet she loves that!

I will be firing up the pole today,
Go, Hoppy!
extension.

HD usually Around 25 for head
Didn't know they offered that...

Took a couple days off work. Tired of dragging out this bathroom project. Should have substantial completion over next few days. Plan to paint and go get a new toilet today. The one in there is still good. Gonna put it downstairs and get rid of that one cause it has a crack at bottom front. Just waking up with coffee first

No. And we do have deer. I know they come up there, cause I see tracks in the winter. Used to lose everything to the rabbits - 2ft high chicken wire around it took care of that.
Actually, groundhogs were the worst. One year I had several cantaloupes almost ripe and they took bites out of every one. The next year is when I fenced it.

Some help from you guys this morning. Chin's sister was in a very bad motor scooter accident today at high speed. It is so serious that they are transferring her to Saigon to the trauma hospital. Most of the family has gone up there to be in Saigon with her. Sister's name is sister number six ( Chi Sau ). Please pray for her. Thank you
We will burn sage for Chi Sau, all good energy coming your way.

Our tomatoes are coming on as well. I have picked a dozen or so cherry tomatoes so far. Making stuffed cherry tomatoes for tonight.

Well I’m gonna lead with good news for a change.

Seems like after 5 months of back and forth discussions, I am in-fact receiving a promotion, effective tomorrow. I will now be in charge of overseeing the entire process of a product line.

I have to ask a silly question, where are you working? I was thinking a prison

Congrats Chris. Hope it comes with an appropriate uptick in all the other things associated....

No no. That’s tikey.

I am Mechanical and Electrical Designer. I work for a company that designs, builds and refurbs giant industrial size kitchen machines. Machines that cook 60,000 pounds of meat(or whatever food product) at once. We supply machines for pretty much every major food company in the wood, Kraft, Tyson, KFC, Taco Bell, BK, among tons of others. We control roughly 70-80 percent of the market.

but I’m moving out of design and into project: product management

I used to do cherry tomatoes. They ripen earl and good for snacking or toss in a salad with little prep. But switched to these grape tomatoes a couple years ago. They still ripen early. Have picked quite a few already. 2-3 times the cherry size. She has one potted on the deck and this one in the garden. Will produce way more than we can use. LOL

We are getting the fringes of Franks Rain. From rain, to fish, to stripper poles and then back to coffee. Reckon we been round the world already this morning. We just need to check on the IR crew, Craig how’s the Hammy, Eric how’s the knee?

A little better today so far, but no amount of walking to speak of. Diclofenac (anti-inflammatory) topical gel and Celecoxib tablets along with some strength exercises (and rest). Thanks!
