Well day two of showings today and the house is yet to be listed. One guy from yesterday now wants to bring his entire family out here Saturday for another walk thru. Not sure I am realtor material. But whatever it takes to get it sold.

One interesting find from yesterday as Jodi was setting up the ad in Zillow since we are not using a realtor she learned for 89 bucks you can list it on the MLS sites. That is a game changer for sale by owner folks. Totally negates any value the realtor brings to the seller.

Exactly, Jodi runs a property management company on the side and it amazes me how little value most realtors bring in todays property landscape. To your point the typical (not all) realtor lets the client do the work and then skims a commission for nothing but getting you on the MLS data base. Just my opinion but I think realtors are going the way of the travel agent and photo hut.Cool.
