Thinking about selling my house in Maryland in the next couple of years. But it'll take me a year just to clean out my garage and shop.

Start thinning it down now Mitch, if we had not started early it would have been terrible. Turns out I am a pack rat. I took a hard look at what all I had spread across three shops and thought I am not moving all this to Arkansas. I really thinned out the junk and stuff I had saved over the years, in no way am I close to a minimalist lifestyle but I sure tossed a bunch of stuff. We started about a year ahead of target and it has paid off huge dividends for us with regard to both time compression and stress related to the move.Thinking about selling my house in Maryland in the next couple of years. Chris, So here are some pix the real estate photographer took, the shop one sucks but I did not want her to capture all the tools and equipment on the other half of the shop, as that just begs folks to break in. And here is a Jeep I found last night inadvertently! Looks like a great home for my spare 360!

My wing man, the one moving to Ky, his place was leveled by one of those twisters earlier this year. It's getting reconstructed right now. He has bought a Conex for the place and has a project at his rock farm shop for it. He's building some attachment brackets/imbeds for the concrete to be poured for the slab under the Conex. Can't have the thing rolling across the yard in the next twister. He was born here, but spent most of his youth in Minn. so he does have experience with the weather in that part of the country.

Nice day here, and for a few days. swap meet tomorrow, would burn up the whole day,think i need to pass on it. Time is running out as far as getting stuff done around here.
Big show next weekend,so i think i want to clean up truck a little and attend that one. That and its only 40 minutes away. Plus is in town where mom is, so a visit is in order as well.

Well having seen twisters pick up connexs with anchors into concrete 6 feet into the ground, he’s wasting his time. The connection itself will separate from the anchor points in an f3 or larger. Seen it several times
